Written application then two 30 minute interviews, one remotely with a principle, one in person with a partner at Antler offices. Interviews mainly focused on startup experience, ability to argue a case.

Why do you want to join the residency.
How will AI change the consumer landscape. What is counterintuitive?
The interviewer asked mostly about my hobbies, biggest achievements outside of work, and the biggest risks I've taken (again, non-work related). We didn't spend any time discussing startups, technology or what I've achieved.

Felt more like they were going through a list of stock questions for a job interview or an idea stage business, even though they said that lots of people coming into the program had already built teams and were post-product/post-revenue. Very odd experience considering we are also pitching to other VCs. Didn't really feel like it was talking to an investor.
