I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Anti-Defamation League in Jul 2018
Interview
Was contacted for a phone interview by the Talent Acquisition Leader nine days ago from the time of this post and also prompted to respond via email with scheduling options. I responded within 90 minutes of the initial email as directed and requested a confirmation from interviewer.
I did not receive any confirmation in return for the desired time (re: a Monday) and I elected to call to follow-up on the request, only to leave a message that afternoon. The following day, I received a reply which asserted that I "had called a couple of times," even though I had only dialed once. Subsequently, the interviewer requested from me a second availability for Thursday of that week to speak with him. I obliged and offered my Thursday availability by that afternoon.
Once Thursday arrived, the interviewer missed the appointment once again only to receive a follow-up email which assigned blame to me by claiming he "got the email late" in his response five hours after the fact. The interviewer requested to reschedule yet again for the following day (re: Friday). I replied approximately 30 minutes later confirming that particular date/time.
Friday arrives and zero. No confirmation. No call. No response. No professionalism. By far the worst interview (or lack thereof) process of which I have ever experienced.

Interview
I applied and was contacted by HR for a phone screen. I then interviewed with the Regional Director/hiring manager and felt things had gone very well. A few days later, the hiring manager called me and said I “basically had the position” but she wanted me to meet with the rest of the team as a “meet and greet” the following day. This sounded informal and I agreed. When I arrived for the M&G, the two employees had an entire list of interview questions. I hadn’t realized this was a 3rd interview and felt unprepared. Regardless, the hiring manager called me yet again and asked that I do a 4th interview with a CXO level staff member. We scheduled the 4th interview, which went fine. After the 4th interview, I was completely ghosted and did not hear from the organization again until I reached out to a past President to nudge them. They seem to be experiencing a lot of internal conflict and the staff I did meet seemed highly stressed and unhappy.
