Anthropic Software interview questions

Very AI pilled, focused on why specifically you want to work at Anthropic vs any other AI company. It was almost cult like -- I felt they felt they were saving the world but the SE manager's rationale as to why and how felt propoganda ish.

I just met with the recruiter. I was referred for a role and the recruiter didn't reach out for over 10 days. I had to nudge my contact to nudge the recruiter, only then did she reach out. I pulled myself out of the process after meeting with the recruiter so I didn't go any further than that.
