Interview was brief and simple no experience was required. Manager gave one interview and then hired on the spot. There are no benefits and the job is really simple and straight forward. The small size of the restaurant allows you to know everyone but the other waitresses get very angry when people request to sit in their other sections.

Wonderful management, if you have good personal skills and are a hard worker you will fit in perfectly. Great training to really help you become a waitress.
