I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Anthony's Pier 4 (Swampscott, MA) in Jun 2014
Interview
Filled out a fairly detailed application and within a day I received a call back asking if I could come in for a one-on-one interview. When I arrived the next day I found myself waiting amongst a group of about 15 applicants, provided with little information except to wait. When I was finally called for my interview, I found myself being introduced to not one, but all five of the owners, who proceeded to ask me rapid fire questions about what seemed to be anything at all, all at once. In the end I left feeling very uneasy about the interview process, as I didn't feel that I had an opportunity to provide them any insight above answering general questions verifying my educational background. I was left with the feeling that the owners of this company made their decision based on general character very early in the interview and that much of the rest was a formality.

Question 1
To be quite honest I was never challenged by the questions posed to me, as most centered around confirming what was already stated on my resume. The only question for which I made a sustained answer was to explain my interest in the position, having gone to college for Spanish translation.
