The entire process was very systematic and organized. The discussions were scheduled checking my availability, convenience and comfort The discussions were focused and consisted of healthy exchange of ideas and perspectives. The leadership team are very considerate and stayed invested in the entire process.

I applied for a Director position, which ended up being a 5 month long process, after extensive networking only to find out they went with an internal candidate after I followed up on my status. While the recruiter was nice the communication overall could have been better. I understand there are a lot of reqs to fill. I ran the gauntlet with 5 total interviews (with various Directors and a VP )of 30 min each not including the phone screen. It felt rushed and I barely had enough time to ask any questions about the culture and they seemed very ambiguous about the duties of the role. I did enjoy speaking with everyone. Positives were the people I spoke with but the process was not what I expected.
