Interview
I met my to-be-supervisor at my university's career fair. I approached the table with full intent, already having researched the company. I briefly talked to an HR representative: they had me fill out an application (on the spot). After handing in the application along with my resume (recommended), I was passed to a manager at the local office. We talked for about 45 minutes about a variety of things (from travel, to hobbies, to academics). I was never formally interviewed, simply hired after this informal and fluid conversation.
He asked me questions about my academic career and my professional goals, while explaining the internship program and how it stands out amongst others.
I was offered the internship via email about 2 weeks after the career fair

Informeel. Telefonisch contact opgenomen en daarop uitgenodigd voor een persoonlijk gesprek. Het was een prettig gesprek en de procedure verliep vrij makkelijk. Vervolgens aan de slag gegaan voor de werkgever. Je krijgt een introductiedag met alle nieuwe personeelsleden in Oosterhout. Een erg leuke ervaring waarbij je kennis maakt met de diversiteit in het bedrijf.

Interview
Before the interview, I was invited to Loring's Pasta Bar with about ten other candidates, the HR representatives, last years incomers, and three managers. It was very casual, but it was also a good time to talk about yourself and your work experience. During the actual interview a few weeks later, the HR representative treated me as a friend and made the interview environment very comfortable. I was interviewed by two of the managers and the HR representative.

Questions were more situational, such as "name a time that you were a leader in an academic environment", "what would you do if someone on your team refused to get along with anyone else", and some like "what scholarship meant the most to you?"

Interview
I met the company at my college career fair and talked to the recruiter and senior consults for 45 minutes, about a month later I got a call for an on-campus interview.
First an individual interview with three senior consultants from the office, and the second round of interviews was a group dinner with eight other candidates and several office employees.
