There are two rounds of interview
1. With hiring manager, using Google chat
2. With senior leader
The hiring manager is friendly and is a patient listener. Understanding Mandarin would be an advantage.

Question 1
Q: introduce myself, REST API, handle multiple update the same data simultaneously in the database, security and handling problem.
Talk about what u did and how you understand about the system in detail. Beside of the base knowledge they will ask about the system design at most. Threading, distributed system, transactional, tooling or frameworks, system design.

I applied my resume from LinkedIn. After passing from recruiter, proceed to the first interview, for one week. Request and Response are very quick. your CV is in the evaluation process, if pass, you will receive an email from the interviewer of Ant Group
