Ansys Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) interview questions

I participated in an initial interview with an HR representative at ANSYS, and the experience left much to be desired. Throughout the interview, I encountered a disconcertingly cold and aloof demeanor from the HR personnel. However, that was just the beginning of my disappointment. Towards the conclusion of the interview, the HR representative informed me that I could anticipate feedback within 3 to 4 business days regarding my progression to the next recruitment phase. Regrettably, ANSYS failed to uphold this commitment, leaving me in a state of uncertainty for a grueling 21 days. When their response finally did arrive, it was devoid of any personal touch or empathy, resembling nothing more than a sterile, automated message. This utter lack of courtesy and consideration in their communication reflects poorly on ANSYS as a company. The absence of a human touch in their response is, quite frankly, dehumanizing and unbecoming of an organization of their stature. Such disregard for candidates' experiences is a testament to the company's disregard for the human aspect of their recruitment process and raises serious questions about their overall professionalism and commitment to candidate satisfaction.
