Meet at Career Fair and got on-campus interview next day. Talked about my involvement with clubs on campus that related to the software company Ansys and what they work on. This impressed the recruiter and that made him offer an interview with me. This is one of the best ways to get an interview.

I sent an email to the HR first. But she says I have to contact with the manager. But i do not have the email of the manager so I applied online. the manager reached me in half a year. she arranged an onsite interview for me since i am in pittsburgh.
