For the first three weeks there was never more than a couple days that would pass between exchanges. In that span of time I had three separate phone interviews with all but the C levels of the company. Although some of the conversations were generally technical, there were no technical screening questions that other companies typically ask. I sent a follow up and thank you email the day after my last interview (during week 3). One week later there was still no response... I followed up with them and multiple apologies arrived for the silence. They also clarified that I was still being considered for the position. The last thing said was, "We'll keep you posted!" There have been no further communications from them and now six weeks have passed since they first contacted me. Initially everything was going smoothly and I liked what I was hearing during the interviews. Would you still be waiting to hear from them? The more important question: Would you continue to be interested in Anonyome Labs if they did finally get back with an attractive offer?
