It was hard enough. 1st round was aptitude 2nd round was interview in which they asked about internship experience and college committee level work. They also asked me about whether i am open to relocate or not

Introduction
Internship Experience. What did you learn apart from non technical skills
its good. total three rounds are there. Then HR discussion. they are looking for immediate joinee. first round is technical, second round is also technical and third round is managerial and technical.

Interview
Very bad leadership. Wasted the time and didnot take interview for the process they have called me for stating that the resume is not matching with the skillset they want during the interview.
What were they doing before scheduling the interview.
If they were that confident, they might have taken the interview and proved themselves right rather than being dillusional about their choices at late stage.
The leaders at the top are lazy and pathetic.
