Interview process was good.
First it was communication round.
And then client and mphasis guys together took interview.
Next day manager round.
And then salary discussion.
Offer letter was released in 3 or 4 days from the day of salary discussion.
They concentrated more in technical aspects.
They see how confident we are and our willingness towards learning new things. Interviewer concentrated more on our storage understanding than the type of storage in which we have worked.
