I applied through other source. I interviewed at Annexus Health
Interview
Casual, unstructured, more focused on cultural fit vs experience and knowledge. Felt more like they were telling me about the company than asking me about my background and experience. I only met with senior leadership and did not feel like they really knew what they were looking for in the role or the individual to fill the role

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Annexus Health (Warren, MI) in Mar 2025
Interview
I was approached by a recruiter named Katy through LinkedIn regarding an opportunity at Annexus, and I was genuinely impressed by how smooth and professional the entire interview process was.
The process began with a video interview with the recruiter, which was well-organized and gave me a great introduction to the role and the company. This was followed by a conversation with the hiring manager, where we discussed more in-depth aspects of the position and expectations.
The final round was a technical interview with a Senior Software Test Engineer and a QA Lead. It was a well-structured session focused on practical scenarios and technical problem-solving, and I appreciated the collaborative and respectful tone throughout.
Overall, I found the interview experience at Annexus to be efficient, transparent, and candidate-friendly. The team was communicative at every step, and the process reflected a strong and well-aligned organizational culture. I came away with a very positive impression of the company.
