Annex Wealth Management interview questions

Great Interview process and a great hiring staff that made me feel like they wanted me. They gave clear expectations and asked more decision based questions as opposed to analtical questions.

The hiring and interview process was definitely one of the better experiences I've had! Everyone was very forthright and honest about the company, position, benefits, etc. They also had a very nice and professional office and everyone there seemed happy to be at work. The interviews themselves were a mixture of behavioral questions (tell me about a time when) and just general conversation. It was a really nice mix. The only thing that turned me off was the salary and benefits negotiations. I had a better offer on the table elsewhere and Annex didn't improve the initial offer much, and when one part was improved (salary), another was lessened (bonus %). So a less competitive offer combined with a wonky way of adjusting the overall offer during negotiations left me to decline the position.
