Interview
After applying I was scheduled for a one-hour virtual interview which started with behavioral questions based on Amazon’s Leadership Principles and a live coding exercise in C/C++ using Amazon Chime. The task involved implementing a function to count bits set in memory bytes.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Annapurna Labs (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in May 2026
Interview
First, I was asked several leadership principles questions with follow ups.
Afterwards, I was asked a low level design problem, where I had to account for concurrency as well. The interviewer was very nice.

The interview was through Amazon chime.
They didn’t return with an answer after 2 weeks.
Only after I contacted them they replayed that I didn’t pass the interview.
