Annaly Capital Management interview questions

Interviewer talked almost non-stop the entire time and barely gave me a chance to respond or interject to discuss my own experience and how it was relevant, then decided not to move me on in the process. Was the test whether or not I was rude enough to talk over him?

I applied for the role in September and received a callback in December. The process started with an online assessment on HackerRank, which focused on algorithmic problem-solving and coding skills. After passing the OA, I had 2-3 technical interviews with team members, where they primarily discussed my resume, past projects, and tech stack. The questions were in-depth, covering both theoretical concepts and practical applications. Finally, there was an HR round, which seemed to focus more on behavioral questions and role expectations. Overall, the process was structured, technical, and thorough.
