Interview
Half hour strengths based telephone interview. Loads of questions are fired at you, so brush up on your strengths. You then get sent a case study, and have 30 mins to look at it, before the interviewer phones you back, and you tell them your conclusions from the case study.
After this there is a lot more stages, but didn't proceed.

Online assessment day, that lasted a few hours. Short introduction interview to start, followed by a one-to-one interview. The interview was very hard, I found they kept pushing and making you doubt yourself. Lots of the questions were more situational
Started off with some tests that were relatively simple. Then you get invited to an online assessment day which involved a short interview with general questions and scenarios. Then there is an escape room which was short and a business game which took up most of the time.
