Step one: Pymetrics Games Assessment (personality tests, brain games like math and logic). At the end you receive your personality results which was okay if you enjoy that stuff.

Interview
Online zoom video interview. 1 hour long with head of Talent Acquisition. Then 2nd interview is panel style with 4-5 other candidates on a zoom call and multiple TA managers interviewing all at the same time. Panel interview was 45 minutes long. Really like to hear innovative ideas and contributions you can make to the company. All about challenges.
