Interview
There is a 7-step process, so be prepared. However, it just proves how much they really care about their employees -- they really want to take care to get the best people possible! Online application, cultural fit test, logical reasoning test, individual case study on campus, 2-on-1 interview on campus, business simulation (they fly you out to STL), and then a final panel (6 candidates with 6 members of senior management). Couldn't believe that such high up people were taking the time to talk to a peon like me...got to chat with the zone President before I was even hired. Wow!
I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (London, England)
Interview
Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.
