I applied through university. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (New York, NY) in Oct 2020
Interview
They give you a case study to read through in a certain amount of time, then interview with two AB employees. The HR person who timed me and the kid interviewing in the next room accidentally didn't give us the full time (5 minutes short), which def hindered my analysis. The interview was fine, they question your thought process. I wasn't selected for the management trainee program, but they offered me to come to st louis for supply chain trainee program (less prestigious but still decent salary out of undergrad). I would have went but had another commitment and couldn't go, so my process ended there.
Game based assessment followed by multiple interview rounds- HR rounds, guesstimate, case study, group interview. It is difficult to clear all rounds. Game assessment is in hirevue, practice this, it's not very easy with time limits.
Difficult - long form virtual interview spaced out over the day with many questions that are hard to prepare for - focuses on 10 principles for a lot of the questions.
