Started off well, the recruiter and hiring manager were both very nice and I was excited about the potential for the role. I hadn't been looking but they reached out and based on what I heard I became intrigued. Then I came in for two separate in-person interviews that were off-putting as they were clearly looking for obsequious lifers. The questions were about "rightness of fit" which is fine, but ultimately they don't know what they are looking for nor how to push the business forward (other than emulate Red Bull), which is why they have so many unfilled roles. After taking time off from my current job for several in-person interviews, they ghosted. Not even a rejection, just a purely unprofessional ghosting. Very indicative of culture. STAY AWAY
