The interview process is pretty thorough and mine was managed by a gal based out of India. Sounds like their India team manages setting up the interviews, preparing candidates and also handled my initial interview. Every interview I had was done via phone due to the nature of the position I assume. I made it to their final interview process and never heard back from them. I interviewed with 3 people for the final round and literally never heard a word from them. Overall my opinion is pretty negative. They send you a lot of literature and information and about the company but it's clearly superficial. It's obvious their mission statement, values and literature was created by an outside agency to sound aspiration and mission driven but has no equity or foundation with the company itself. I interviewed with about 7 people and not one had any kind of excitement or enthusiasm in their voice. In the end I had other offers on the table but with that said, there's ZERO chance I would have accepted an offer from AB/InBev.
