Phone interview with a person located in the UK. The first 30 minutes were fit questions and strength-based. The second part was a case study. I approached it in a very quantitative way, I thought it was the best way but there is also a part on being creative for a marketing campaign.

Interview
First round: game-based assesments
Second round: virtual case preparation (1 hour preparation time to make a comprehensive 3 minute pitch)
Third round: Group Assessment day (2 interviews + business case game while constantly being monitored)
Final round: panel interview together with other candidates, you hear each other's answers and are being monitored on when and what you answer. Tough questions from a panel of 4 senior managers.
