First was a video interview then a 15-minute interview with HR. Was told that I would hear about the outcome in 2 weeks but did hear anything after more than a month, and did not even receive a rejection mail. The status on smartrecruiter is still in review. ... Will be nice if I'm told Im rejected at least....

It was a digital interview where I had to answer to traditional questions that you’d normally get in a first-round interview. Video assessment interviews are becoming more and more common and have several pros and cons. The pros are that this process makes it far easier to screen more candidates without having to meet face-to-face. The two big downsides to this interview method: Hiring managers can’t follow up on a certain answer, nor can the candidates ask any questions of their own.
