Total process took about 2 months. Had around 4 different interviews. Was also asked to complete a presentation given a prompt. I have found most companies I’ve interviewed at for sr level roles don’t ask for this. Moving forward don’t waste your time. If a prospective employer is asking you to essentially provide them with a growth plan or strategy as part of the interview process you have a couple options. 1.) Ask fox compensation for your time. Work is transactional no matter how you look at it. 2.) Offer to share an example of something you’ve done in the past - obviously with certain confidential items redacted.
