Applied online, contacted the next day. Talked to a recruiter. Had three interviews. One with a recruiter, one with manager and last a zoom interview with four people. I was well qualified for the position, came to the interview well prepared, passed the take home assignment. I was polite, professional and I believe I interviewed well. I did not get the job, only thing I can think of is that I didn't "look" the part.
It's a shame. The last interview was over 2 hours long. Not sure what I'm missing, but I guess they are looking for "particular" people that look the role.

Mostly situational questions, no behavioral questions.
5 interviews total, including a screening call. One interview is a mock sales call that is straightforward but don't be afraid to ask for guidance before the interview with the coordinator.

They were okay with the fact that I had limited experience but the whole process was so quick, it was like they were rushing to get me through the door and started as soon as possible.

A lengthy hiring process. 1st interview is scheduled about 2 weeks after they called me. They asked the general why you want to work here. You definitely need to study what they do before your interview just like anywhere but they grill you. They tell you about your next zoom interview and it will be in another 2 weeks. Be super cheery and they want you to ask questions as well.
