Applied via LinkedIn, recruiter reached out 3 or 4 days later to schedule 30 minute phone interview. Had great interview, past experience aligned with the role & recruiter asked if she could pass along my info to hiring manager. I said yes, she said they’d reach out directly in 2-3 days to set up 2nd phone interview & at end of call repeated that she was passing my info along “right now.” I sent thank you email. 2 days later I received a turndown email….
