Received a phone screen about a month after applying online, after that I had an interview scheduled for that week. Completed online assessment and reference survey. On-site interview experience was very positive. The campus is beautiful. Interview was heavily focused on sales questions, and went into sales theory and my background in sales. If you lack any inside sales experience be prepared to sell them on why your other sales experience makes you a good candidate for the position. Last part of the interview was a role play, they don't prepare you at all for what you need to do. You should research the position and be familiar with what you'll be doing before going into the interview, that will greatly help you with the role play portion. You will be selling them on a specific division of Angie's List, interviewers challenged each comment/response so be prepared to overcome objections. Overall my interview went great. I received a job offer 2 business days later and I'm looking forward to working for this company!
