Angels on Call (PA) interview questions

I spoke to someone on the phone for my interview. Everything went really well, and they told me the next steps were to send my personal information such as copies of my Photo ID, Social Security Card, Covid Vaccine Card, and my vehicle info such as registration and insurance and stickers. Did all that. Followed up with the same email I sent my personal info to and no response back like they just ghosted me. A simple “we filled the position” would be more appropriate and professional than just the cold shoulder. Everything happens for a reason and maybe this was just a sign not to work for them.
