      Supervisor Interview

      27 Feb 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Naperville, IL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Angelo Caputo's (Naperville, IL) in Feb 2019

      Interview

I applied for a supervisory position even though they did not have one available. I received a phone call saying that all supervisory positions were filled, but they wanted to know if I would be open to a different position. I said "yes" and went in for an interview. When I met with the manager, we sat down and it was smooth sailing. Just your normal interview questions. In my case, since the position I applied for was not available, it was more about what I would be interested in. However, it was just mainly a description of the company and if it fit my personality.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

About my customer service skills, how I handle certain customer issues, and what I would be interested in doing for the company.
