Interview
I was a customer service representative, and then they promoted me to me current position. First I do shadowing, to hear how the call looks like, then a I needed to choose one of the calls I heard, and then explain it to supervisors and Team Manager, and I needed to express my point of View and at the end I had a lítote interview.
