Round zero resume screening. Round one face to face interview with the founder and one colleague (around 1 hour). Interview in English while Q&A part in Chinese. A small company with only 2 full-time member at that time (as I recalled).

Interview
The interview was conducted over Skype as I was not able to be physically present at Anemone Ventures' Taipei office for the interview. There was only a single round of interview in my case, and I received a decision regarding my application within minutes of my interview. The interview was conducted in Mandarin in my case.

There are two rounds of interview
The first round is face-to-face, lasting 30 min, including self-introduction,behavioral question, time for interviewee to ask questions
The interviewer are the current intern and the business development
After two weeks, there is a written question for CEO and founder
questions are very basic, "why do you want join?" "Why should we choose you?" and "What you can contribute?"
The written question is short and should be reply in email
