I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anderson Pest Solutions (Elmhurst, IL) in Aug 2015
Interview
Initial communication was a phone interview that lasted about 40minutes, just because I like to talk a lot. They gave me a brief description of what the company and the job was like. They gave me a good break down of what the interview process would look like. The second interview was an in person interview. My interview was with Sara Gmitro, and she was super flexible with getting me in for an early interview. That portion took about 1hour and 15minutes. The third round was basically a day in the life of a service manager. We climbed on a roof, dusted for roaches, set some traps, it was really cool because the hands on portion really taught me a lot of what to expect on the job. It seems pretty intuitive to me. The last round is a panel interview, which I have yet to complete...
Name a time when you had a tough job to complete in little time, how did you go about completing that task? What was going through your mind in that process? Lastly, what was the outcome?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anderson Pest Solutions in Oct 2012
Interview
Aweful. Interviewer was totally unprepared and didn't try and sell the position. I had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes past the appointment. I really had a bad impression, and the facility was very boring, white walls and cubicles. Did not seem like a creative environment.
I’m sorry to hear that we didn’t make a better first impression. A lot has changed in our organization and interview process since the time of your interview in October of 2012. We have a number of positive reviews on various internet sites and we are most proud of our coworker ratings that earned us the honor of being named a Top 100 Workplace by the Chicago Tribune in 2012 and 2013. Not all opportunities are right for everyone and we hope that you have had success at whatever you have been doing since this time.

Phone interview. The phone interview was basic. The lady was young and asked leadership questions which were hard to answer. If I were a leader I'd start my own business. I did not get a call back to schedule an onsite interview.
