Interview
Well you have to first apply online for the position. then you do a video interview with the company. Basically its a pre done video questions and you submit your answers back via a video connection with you computer or tablet or phone in this day and age. then they do a fallow up one on the phone with you about getting you date to take a drug test and such and from there is everything works out you get a interview with the Regional guy who verify all the paperwork is correct like your w-2, contacts etc and that's when they hand you a work phone for the company. The person will also take a photo of you from the neck up for a Company issued ID. which your required to wear when working as a anderson rep in any store.

Interview
The interview process was very quick and to the point without being rude. They asked a lot of questions to make sure you are the correct candidate. My interviewer was very nice and funny.
Phone interview was easy. I was offered job same day. And had drug test the next week. Training can be at different locations. Mileage is paid 35cents. Friendly to talk too. Full time or part time hours
