I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Anchor Bank (MN) (Apple Valley, MN) in Nov 2016
Interview
Interview process was very informal, with the hiring manager spending much of the time explaining the various projects underway, and the environment & culture of the bank. It felt more like a business conversation than a formal interview. However, the HR contact seemed out of the loop, both in terms of setting up the interview, as well as providing any kind of follow-up or feedback on my status. This is the second time I've interviewed at this company/location. Since I've not been selected either time, it would be nice if they would provide feedback for why I wasn't selected. However, I got the message--I won't be applying here again. Not very professional, and not a very well-managed process.

Question 1
Second portion of the interview focused on questions about my familiarity with various technologies and tools.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Anchor Bank (MN) (Aberdeen, WA) in Jun 2012
Interview
Unlike the experience of working there, the interview process was remarkably simple. I was interviewed by the IT manager at the time, she asked a few basic questions about my experience and areas of interest and that was that. There was no technical "grilling" that is ordinarily very common to jobs in the business.
