Interview
First, an HR Recruitment found me and sent to me a message about the position and company. I forwarded my CV to them and after a week later they called me back and said that the company wants to invite me to the site. They arranged my flight and I headed to the site. They showed the area that I was introduced with team.

Question 1
They asked about my previous projects and wanted to hear the similarity of projects and also they like you to tell them the projects in numbers.
They asked about a challenging situation that I encountered before and how I have managed to get rid of it successfully ?
They ask you about how is your HSE approach / culture. They will ask you to give an example of unsafe situation/incident that happened in your previous workplace and what role you took place to re-mediate it
