Overall, I had a very positive experience throughout the interview process. The recruiting team was organized, responsive, and transparent about the different stages, timelines, and what to expect along the way. I also appreciated the resources they shared about Anaplan's values and community, which helped me better understand the company and culture.
My conversations with the hiring team were equally positive. While I was asked plenty of questions, the interviews never felt like an interrogation. Instead, they felt like genuine conversations with people who were interested in getting to know me while also helping me understand the role and the organization. Everyone I met was thoughtful, respectful, and authentic—it was clear that there are genuinely good people working there.
Although I was not selected for the position, I truly enjoyed the experience and gained valuable insights that will help me continue growing as a leader and candidate.
