Analytical Food Laboratories interview questions

Very easy because everyone always quits! I applied online and was contacted quickly. Went to interview. It was short and simple. I spoke with two people separately. Both were friendly and spent most of the time talking about personal things. Didn't get asked a lot of questions. I was hired the same day (HUGE red flag but I was desperate for a job after graduating).

They were more interested in my home life and interests than my accomplishments and experience. Owner uses Facebook to form opinion prior to interview. Questions were all over the place. Start with one area, go to another, then back again. It was nerve wracking.
