I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Analytic Strategies (McLean, VA) in Oct 2016
Interview
This was the most unusual interview I've ever been in, and I've interviewed a lot of people. When I arrived, the job was described to me. I was then asked to give any examples of work I've done that is similar to the job I'd be doing. I didn't want to dominate the conversation, so I gave a few examples and finished up. They asked if I had any questions, and I went through those. After that, the interview was over. It was about 30 minutes total. I wasn't asked a single specific question about my resume or experience.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Analytic Strategies (Richmond, VA) in Nov 2012
Interview
Received an email from HR to set up a phone interview with Principal Analyst. A few days later I spoke with him on the phone for about 45 minutes. After our talk he said he enjoyed the discussion and said that I should be hearing back from the office in a few days. Two days later I received a call from the president who wanted to know more of my background. About an hour into the discussion he said he and the Principal Analyst both thought I would be a good fit with the company so made me an offer that I accepted.

One of the easiest interviews to date. Company thoroughly reviewed the resume prior to and chose to stay within the boundaries of that document. Discussions about the resume were both detailed and broad, nice mix. Covered the scope of experience as well.
