Interview
I received an invitation for a group interview for a new store. The interview went for about 2 hours with about 20 people attending. Typical group interview with a PowerPoint presentation about the company and some group activities. Very hard to get anywhere if you're an introvert and don't like fighting 20 people for attention.

Interview
The process was very quick. I called to see if they were hiring and the manager told me to bring in a resume. I brought it that day and spoke with him about what I was looking for and he offered to interview me that day. I got the job within 45 minutes of being there.
