Very good spoke with HR about expectations, answered many questions I had about progressing inside the company and how bonus scheme worked. Talked with Senior Engineer and with other fellow Engineers and Consultants about working in teams on projects and all were friendly very team orientated.

Question 1
Experience and willingness to learn and comfortable working in team environment.
Normal programming questions that is nor easy nor difficult, gives some time to answer, not too long and not too short, just very average, require knowledge in C# and SQL

Interview
Invited to a written technical test in office premise. Test comprises of manageable C# and SQL questions. Format is in MCQ questions and some Written questions. Was quite confident with the answers but somehow informed that failed the test so did not proceed to the next round.
Initial introduction to the company was at the job fair. Quiet easy first level of screening of resume and another round of technical interview at their office. Final round of HR in a week.
