You have to interview with a recruiter, hiring manager (that they outsource) then they give you an assessment that can take 1-2 hours. At this point, you've already invested 3-4 hours of your time before an internal team member will even look your way. All that to be told the pay is below average.
I understand you want a quick and efficient hiring process, but please treat people like they are people and not just numbers or robots that's sole purpose is to help you reach your goals.
