Lengthy and tedious for no good reason. As others have stated, there are so many rounds, each designed in theory to weed out people without the technical/analytical skills, but in practice, it's perceived as being arrogant and just meant to intimidate potential employees. It does not indicate a good culture within the company.

Question 1
How have you brought innovation into a previous position?
Contacted alumni from school. Submitted resume with a referral. Had a brief informational call. Did the pre-assignment and did not receive a follow-on interview. Easy to understand process. Wish they had more instruction for the pre-interview assignment and not such a limited time constraint.

I interviewed at Ampush (New York, NY) in Jan 2021
Interview
Interviewer was very nice but the process was extremely intimidating for a entry level role. Asked to do quiz, math questions on zoom, and another quiz after (no calculator). Not an accurate representation of interviewees skills- nice company but interview process don't suggest.
