Scattered, inconsistent and unprofessional in approach. Despite repeat requests, Trudy will not answer questions in writing. There are better firms that serve Microsoft if you want to be a contractor.

Interview
Casual. Trudy seemed friendly and like she knew what she was doing. She misrepresented herself, the role and her ability to provide a stable work environment. She turned out to be a pretty bad person and not someone I thought she was from the interview.
