Interview
A bit flaky at the outset. A lot of questions but it didn't seem like the three people I talked to really knew what their product was or how it was being used or what the future of it was. I left feeling pretty confused about why nobody seemed to know the competitive landscape well - one person I interviewed basically said they are better than all the competition and its not a problem which is a pretty naive statement. Nice guys, but not over impressive

Interview
One phone interview with the President as a screening call. After the call I was asked if I could come in for an in person interview the next day. During the in person interview I had three in person interviews with the VP of Sales, VP of Marketing, and The President of the Company.
