They have a test prepared for you. Then they will start asking your experience. Finally, the manager for your department will come and talk to you. They will then let you know if they want you or not.

The whole process took around more than 2 hours in total. Firstly, the HR manager asked regular questions such as expected salaries and explained the position. Then, the technical supervisor came in and asked technical questions about experiences on resume. Lastly it's one hour exam with 8 questions which requires one to memorize simple chemical engineering equations (Bernoulli equations, Navier Stokes equations, etc) and simple calculations.
