I applied through Craigslist and then got a call. I briefly met up with someone from HR and then after speaking with her and going over my resume with her I then had a more technical interview with 2 people. They asked me specific questions about my skills and classes. After this there was an 8 question "Process Engineer" test with multiple sections.

Describe the basic engineering principles of how a fridge works? Why is it important to know vapor pressure equilibrium in a closed box that is heating up?
When you are scaling up why is it important to place special consideration to the heating up and cooling down process? Why is it important to pay attention to the mixing? Name 5 different mixers found in the pharmaceutical industry.
