You'll apply then be called for an interview, in the interview the questions will be random, the interviewers won't ask tge same questions for everyone. The questions will be about the university and it's utilities, however you may get asked to suppose you're talking to a customer (highschool gradutes), how are you gonna convince them to register in this specific major? After that if you're consider as a candidate you will be called again to put everything in place.
