i get three step on my interview process :
1 first intreview with HR manager;
2 second one with CEO;
3 rd i was asked to prepare and present a business plan to a nomination committee.

1- what is your vision about amimer business evolution fr the 5th coming years.
2- wish kind of organisation do you think is suitable for the commercial department.
3- what added valu do you think you will provide to amimer.
